ty judith for the comment on my scores i hv been bowlin foe 34 yrs and i average 213 right now and my year book average is 205 yr scores were lower than mine but always think positive and stay focused and u will get better im also a certified coach gl in yr future gms and tc and chat at u later friend forever

hi judith how r things going ok here hope ok with u and yr significant other just stopped in to say hi and leave a small message also my friday night league scores which i was amazed by as we bowled the bye team tonight and the team captain and his wife wanted to get done fast so we bowled real quick very lil time behind each other and i rolled 278 213 243= 734 was really amazed well tc all for now chat later f/f

Hey Judith,Thanks for replying.I use a Track Desert Heat and a Track Machine.I used to throw with alot of revs, but now I just let the ball do all the work.I guess its old age..haha..Keep me updated on your league scores and I'll do the same .Take care and have a good week. Your friend...Rob
